Connection Coefficient Equations
In this appendix we present the values for the connection coefficients
required to solve Burgers' equation using the D6 wavelet basis. This requires
a vector of 2-term connection coefficients for the diffusion,

and a matrix of 3-term coefficients for the nonlinear advection,

The 2-term values are indexed over a single index l and the 3-term
matrix is indexed over two indices l and m.
